Frostwire works just like limewire. It is a program that is used to share any type of files, especially with mp3 formats, with other people. If you search some files using the Frostwire, it also gets results from limewire since Frostwire is a fork of Limewire. I guess that means you may also get results from Bearshare. Frostwire doesn’t have any ads, not like Limewire, and Frostwire has a built in community chat. Unfortunately, when the editors of Download.com tried to check this program, mp3s and mpgs doesn’t play on Frostwire’s built in media player. A friendly user told me that Frostwire works just like Limewire Pro but free. The requirements to use this program are to use Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista, and have a Java Runtime Environment into your computer. Did you know that 11,234,396 people have already downloaded it from Download.com? What’s more surprising is that it was only released this July 10, 2008.
